This was the highlight of the year for The Collab Project and crew, right in the middle of the country, right in the middle of mayhem, The Collab Project managed to bring it’s own group of friends and artists together to create a late, late, late night stage. While we did piss of many neighbors, sorry, kinda :) we did have an epic time. Complete with a bounce castle, a hang out pyramid, and a cuddle puddle lounge that can only be described as, “..if you fall into it, you aren’t coming back out clothed…” Mad props to Lynx for showing up for an incredible 6 AM “talking heads infused” set. Also to Krystle Smith who has definitely taken sacred geometry and art into her own sphere.

The Collab Project has been keeping themselves busy for the past two months creating and playing, and then destroying, then creating and playing again. We are officially a three piece band now, AND, we are planning on releasing a **new album** of live studio jam sessions that have taken place over the past few months. We have some awesome shows lined up across the country and we hope to be coming over to your house to rage after.

You need the right place to set up, the right power, and the right crowd of people looking to have the BEST EVER. This was all made simpler with the help of our NEW TOUR BUS!!! I’ll have to upload a photo soon here. ANYWAY…the DEAD lot was a raging party. Our first set (PRE SHOW) was awesome and we even invented a new song that comes from the impromptu jam we made up on the spot, which brought all the people out of the woodwork. Our second set was one of the most fun experiences of my life. The vibe out there was explosive and i never thought that we would have had such a warm welcome from the DEAD crowd who where hollerin and cheering during our jam session (had nothing to do with the copious amounts of whiskey.) And we where on the sickest, dirtiest, laid back build when security finally told everyone to “GO THE FUCK HOME!” As always the COLLAB PROJECT had to get the plug pulled. I ask you, no I implore you, when will they let us play allnight?

It was an awesome night and the crowd during out set was for surely of the hizzy. Hope you all made it to 4:15 am when we actually went on, cause the Mission Rock got torn down. We also want to announce that do to some shady bad vibes surrounding the Mission Rock, we will not be playing there again.
